Hey everyone.

It's pretty hidden to find my spreadsheet, but anyone interested in the grinchlin assault drop rates can find data here.

I've gotten word so far that it seems that trinkets are less rare this year... but more data is necessary to compare. I think it's just a statistic anomaly.

very nice

Your data set has 112 observations on Elite difficulty, which is great. Do you plan to separate out the ones from this year, to test your hypothesis. That would be nice.

@Ralm

Best be doing normal mode. You get tons moar snowballz.

@Bopp

As requested: a new sheet.
I only wrote the calls for elite mode.

I think the early trinket drops are related to a "hidden drop potential". We'll see how the numbers change as more data for this year gets added, but the current "8% drop rate" for this year is being driven by me getting 2 rings in my first 2 runs of the season. As a note, there is no observation bias. I take a screenshot of every run I go on and tally all the party members loot (save for some predetermined data removal like a party member not looting the first depth boxes).

Solanales just about doubled this year's data.

Update on the drop rates: they haven't changed since previous years. Just happened to get a bunch of rings near the beginning of the data recording for this year.
