Found on depth 19 in the Coral Bishop Gate 17/12/2018 13:50AEDT.

I find it particularly interesting it's running at the same time as all the Winterfest events, perhaps it's a distraction planned by Hera...
The wiki was updated on December 12, saying that the slime casinos returned on December 10.

I wonder if both the Winterfest scenario room can spawn with the casino at the same time, hmmm...

Earliest I know of is Monday, December 11. There were screenshots of it appearing on that day in Fangel + Krakob's Discord server. This screenshot was taken on Monday at 3:44 PM EST (Garnet is a new color).
