Proto Gear Upgrade

Our poor Proto gear is stuck in a rut. We use it till we hit Haven and upgrade to the next great thing to come along as soon as we can. We cant sell it, and it just sits there gathering dust till we decide to challenge ourselves to some odd extreme. What this poor stuff needs is 1* to 5* recipes to make it not feel so left out. Below are just my basic suggestions for something fun to do with the gear we get at fledgling knights.

-=-Weapons-=-
1* - Damage type now splits to Normal and Piercing
2* - Damage type now splits to Piercing and Elemental
3* - Damage type now splits to Elemental and Shadow
4* - Damage type now splits to Shadow and Normal
5* - Damage type returns fully to Normal, but now does 20% more damage for every status effect on a mob. Damage would be based on the type of effect the mob is under (IE Fire would do Elemental damage, Curse would do Shadow damage, Stun would do Piercing damage, etc) So it would be possible for a mob to take damage of multiple types if they are under multiple effects.

-=-Helm & Armor-=-
1* - Piercing Def is added
2* - Elemental Def is added
3* - Shadow Def is added
4* - Attack Speed Increase: Low is added
5* - Charge Time Increase: Low & Movement Speed Increase: Low are added

-=-Shield-=-
1* - Piercing Def & Stun Resistance are added
2* - Elemental Def, Freeze Resistance & Fire Resistance are added
3* - Shock Resistance & Poison Resistance are added
4* - Shadow Def & Curse Resistance are added
5* - Movement Speed Increase: Med is Added (This effect only activates when you have your shield up)

***Animations for Sword, Bomb & Gun would stay the same, this would include but not limited to charge attack and regular attacks.***
***The "Def & Resistance" of shields helm and armor items would be only 2/3 of a full bar, so as to not make them ALL powerful***

So while I tried not to OVER power these items they would still be fun just to run around in. While OOO may never give us something as insane as these ideas maybe I hope that one day they do allow our poor Proto gear the ability to upgraded and useful to all the Knights once again.

That's still

an overpowering Helm/Armor tbh. I still prefer to run back to proto gear if I find certain stuffs too easy.

Potential here...

I would love to see an upgrade to the proto gear, but I would want it to retain that newbie vulnerability. Maybe make a crown sink that would enable the upgrades but allow for low movement speed increases on the helm and armor, attack speed on the sword and perhaps charge time on the gun. Maybe some kind of agility gear? Or maybe just strictly cosmetic improvements. :)
