How many times have you come across a broken down mecha-knight, or lazer turret and thought, "neat, but I need to save energy" or see the bribe meter in lockdown filled anymore, so what I suggest is just to give players a smidgen of refillable energy just like mist but instead of 100 let it be say... 5 or 10 energy, nothing too significant but enough to get a little extra, also MAYBE slow down the rate from how fast it use to fill from the the old days, cant have people just using it on EVERYTHING now can we.
