I noticed that too! What you're looking at is known as a "translation key". When the game is fed one, it'll cross-reference with its translation files and get the correct phrase for the user's current language.
In English it'd probably just say "UI Scale", but the translation hasn't been added.
They problably didn't mean to release that setting yet, because the slider (which presumably would allow you to enlarge the UI elements for bigger resolutions and more distant screens) doesn't yet work. I play on the big screen myself, so I hope it'll be soon.
