Are Supporters still on the German site of Spiral Knights, and how frequent do they work on Ticktets?
Im asking since i wrote a ticket about 5 days ago with a minor inconvenience regarding the In-Game Shop.
If anyone from the Gray havens Team is reading this please help, want to get some more of the Owilte Boxes.
Support for French and German ended as soon as Grey Havens took over (release 2016-04-06). So I can't promise you that you won't get any support, but you might want to file a ticket through the English system. Best wishes.
