On Average, how long does it take for a check to reach them by mail to buy energy?

I'm wondering this, and I'm also wondering if you can mail them to buy the starter-pack thing.
Any answers would be nice.

I think the time frame question best asked at your local post office.
If you're going to mail a cheque then you need to inform them of your account name anyway. I don't think including a memo about purchasing the starter pack over normal energy would be too difficult

Hi! It would depend on where you live. Your local post office would be the best able to answer that question - ask them how long to send a letter to San Francisco. Starter Packs can definitely be purchased by sending us a check or money order through the mail (sending cash is a bit dangerous - please don't do that!). Just make sure to specify your account name and what you want to purchase, along with an e-mail address to contact you at if we need to. If you're artistically inclined, the walls of the office are papered with art players have sent along, too.
