Reworking the UV system to actually have an impact on the game

What if we could get ANYTHING from just rolling so we can have actual interesting stuff instead of a minor to moderate tweak to the gear piece that has unique variants?
I'll just keep it short and simple, allow all buffs to be got through unique variants, increase the chance of getting them while crafting and decrease the price of variant tickets.
What I mean by all buffs is stuff like weapon-specific buffs like CTR, damage and MSI as well as monster bonuses on all armor and shield types as well as adding the possibility of getting MSI on weapons simply allowing you to walk faster while you have that weapon in your hand.
The chance of getting unique variants should be something around 20% and variant tickets' prices should be reduced to half.
This would make the game MUCH more interesting and enjoyable in my opinion and much easier for newer players as they would be able to get unique variants earlier without having to farm several hours. It would encourage people to actually craft weapons and get some interesting buffs on them instead of spending all their money on costumes and just standing in haven showing off, this wasn't supposed to be a dressing game after all.
TL;DR
Increase the diversity of unique variants and make them easier to get so they would be actually fun for veterans and newbies instead of being a minor tweak for veterans and a dream for newbies.

Trinkets would still be a must if you want the most out of everything, of course there can be some limitations for example medium for any armor/helmet ASI/CTR/MSI and of course they would always be weapon-specific including MSI and while they would be easy to acquire, you wouldn't be able to stack specific bonuses without spending more money especially with the increased pool of possibilities. In short if you wanna max stuff out either pay for a ridiculous amount of double and triple rolls or use trinkets other than the health ones. There could also be health UV's for armors/helmets.

I do like the idea of making more UVs available while also lowering the cost to roll UVs, however I would prefer to revamp the caps on UVs at that point, such as universal bonuses and MSI capping out at "low", weapon type bonuses capping out at "medium", monster family bonuses capping out at "maximum", etc. It would definitely take some time to rework but it would definitely make UVs an essential part of the game.
I'd also recommend in such a case that all UV ticket prize boxes give 3x tickets per pull, and that UV tickets be part of mission rewards.

@Fangel
That's actually a really good idea, at first, I didn't think including universal bonuses would be good at all but now that you mentioned that it could cap out at low it makes it really balanced and interesting. However, I don't think this is gonna be that hard to pull of, you just add a few letters and values to punch, right?
How about rolling on trinkets to give UV's as well, this can also be very interesting.

On trinkets I feel that's less of a good idea because you need slots for them, they already give small bonuses, and gear should be a focus with trinkets being a way to fill in the gaps.
I can see the possibility of adding a "UV slot" to battle sprites being a possibility, as that would give end-game players another way to level themselves up, as well as incentivize getting additional battle sprites instead of just having one or two that you always use.
I think this is a great idea. It would allow for some great customization of armors and would make any armor set in the game viable. Having more unique variants but making the tickets cheaper should balance out the worth of UVs so the market won't change much. However, with the capability of being able to roll anything. What about trinkets like somnambulist's totem? What would happen to them?
