I haven't been playing SK that much recently, but I like to pop back in time and again for the events. However, checking the calendar log on the wiki didn't provide much of an informational basis for when to expect the next return of the Torto's. Does anyone have any ideas for when it'll return?

We are overdue for tortodrones
Yeah August is the last time that the event has taken place. In 3 months, it would have been a year since the last Tortodrone event. Normally we get aan event every 6-7 months. So I have no idea what's going on. Perhaps they are making changes to the event.

Maybe cradles climate is changing due to overuse of gremlin technology and is causing a disturbance in tortodrone migration patterns.

I suspect (but can't be sure) that the event has happened since August (the last listed time). As you've noted, the schedule has been a bit erratic too.
The posters on these forums are fellow players, who don't know any more than you do. Unless one of the developers chimes in, all we can do is extrapolate from past events. Hope for August? Cheers.
