Does anybody know if the Electron Vortex and The Graviton Vortex have the same vortexing power to suck in enemies?
Also, does a Level 1 vortex have the same sucking power as a level 10 Graviton Vortex?
I know the lv 10 has more damage, I only care about the sucking powers

Yes, I think that Tapproot is right (although I cannot confirm it with hard evidence).
Yes to all. Heat level only changes the damage of weapons (and the charge time reduction at levels 5 and 10), and AFAIK all 5* Vortex bombs have the same pulling range. The only times that the range of a vortex bomb changes is when it is crafted up to a new star level.
