Guild Hall wing

So basically I purchased another wing for my guild hall but it only shows the other wing when it's in guild hall design mode but not in normal mode

Is this a glitch? And how can I fix it?

Did you not publish the guild

Did you not publish the guild hall yet? If so, you need to go to the consul near the entrance to your guild hall and publish it for changes to take effect.

Publish the guild hall

You can only publish the guild hall when you're officer or up, in case you didn't know. If you are officer just hop to the console and publish it!
