A friends logic being if it makes you take more damage it may make things take more anti-damage(healing)

I doubt it. I would expect damage-taking and healing to be handled by different parts of the code. So the developers would have to go out of their way to implement that not-well-motivated feature.
But I haven't tested it. Maybe I will later, but don't hold your breath. :)
I don't understand the first part of your post. Which "defense down debuff" are you talking about?
I am not aware of any official way to check forum topics that you have made. The best option, of which I'm aware, is to search Google for "Slyqouta site:forums.spiralknights.com" (without the quotation marks). This query should return all of the threads in which you have posted.
New ideas should be posted in the Suggestions forum, if that's what you're asking. Using the "site:" search syntax above, you can do pretty good searches for earlier suggestions. On the other hand, feel free to make suggestions that have been made already. Most suggestions are repeats.
