So I was just wondering. Can you still get these?

Wanted to get a few to decorate in the guild hall, but struggle finding any information on how to get them. They are still available right?

not an expert, but

My guess is that this furniture is just like the other homecoming items: Leviathan clone, Aegis clone, anything else? For a couple of years after the homecoming event, players were logging in and saying "Hey, I missed collecting my homecoming items. Can I still get them?" And the reply was silence and/or "No".

Well...

I didn't expect them to come for free as a login reward. To think that they just make them completely unavailable is rather disappointing though. As someone who started playing on 2014, and thus never had a chance to get hold of it in the first place it's a bit disincentivizing I guess.

To make a weapon re-skin, or re-skin in general exclusive to one event is one thing, but to make an entire type of item(in this case a type of furniture) exclusive to one event that come one time ever is just bad business practice.

You can sometimes still find

You can sometimes still find someone selling them, though they are few and far between now days. There are other things, like the guild hall chroma or jelly pet. You only see a very very few of those in huge guild halls with big money.

Groundbreaker

The Groundbreaker armor is even more exclusive than the Homecoming items. Certainly I don't have it. But really this is another case of something being valuable just because it's rare (not because it has an effect on game play). So I don't think about it. Cheers.
