1. Bluedro
A legend in the modern day. His playstyle resembles that of the gods of the old era. Recently, he was appraised as Snarkey incarnate but with 10 less brain cells. However, a recent brain cell implant gave him 11 more, securing him the #1 placing on this list.
2. Icirus
He no longer tries due to the limitations of his ping. However, he still managed to land MULTIPLE blows on Light-Work in a 1v1. To quote him "stop acting like I’m even trying." The lockdown community dreads the day when his mouse no longer gets in the way of his performance.
3. Mini
Mini (In >Modern Day< one of the top 3 biggest threats, lots of footage to back that)
4. Serazia
Also better than Silent.
5. Son-Of-Hades
More players should aspire to be like him. His complaints and skill at canceling his teammates with AP are among some of his best traits. Like Mini, he has footage of his prime. An example would be his 19k (NO AT was used)! During his peak, he managed to defeat Mini in a 1v1. However, this should be taken with a grain of salt as Mini was obviously tired, drunk, and probably as high as his placing in this list.
6! P!h!o!e!n!i!x!-M!a!i!d!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
7. R.h.o.n.s.
………....
8. Senskie
Ah yes, “Remet.” A renowned veteran. The young track prodigy himself — his speed is OUTRAGEOUS! Very few have ever caught him on his journey back to the base despite the NUMEROUS attempts they've had. When it comes to tactical retreats, he has UNLIMITED boost.
9. Hugioxd
A humble player. When an opponent manages to gain an upper hand, Hugioxd simply utilizes tbags to destroy the morale of the opposing team. Hugioxd has NEVER hesitated to tbag the opponent. His legendary tbagging speed and tenacity has defined the modern meta in lockdown, with current players such as Levi-Ackirman and Light-Work still struggling to catch up.
10. Shen-She
Few players have seen her attempts at farming damage. At her prime, witnesses reported seeing an average of 10k against the guild Twenty One in their PRIME. Therefore, she wholeheartedly deserves such an honorable placing.
11. Trapanese
Pew Pew. As a master of the chivalrous arts, Trapanese consistently displays his prowess on the coliseum floor without the aid of a sidearm. This could be misunderstood as inexperience using ranged weapons; however, it is him ascending beyond the reliance on guns. If a no gun weekend was to be introduced, Trapanese would without a doubt average 40k.
12. Massive-Lag-Spikes
Despite his name, his ping is actually 12. Never have the denizens of lockdown seen the likes of his Recon. In his prime, he truly outclasses all those who dare to, god forbid, chase him. He was caught dropping 7k on 4 players with his FF alone. Such savagery! Tread with caution, for Massive-Lag-Spikes always has something planned for the occasion with his INSANE SPEED. After 5 years of lockdown averaging 5k, he decided to restrain himself to non-meta weapons. Despite the heavy restrictions, he continued to farm people in lockdown. After retiring, he became an acclaimed author, going on to write best selling titles such as “When people have accepted LD’s horrible meta as the norm.” You can read his novel for FREE here: https://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/122329
13. Divine-Donut
Despite being a world-class merchant, he is somehow unable to sell his ping.
14. Chaotic-Divinity
See above
15. Rebel
An incredible player who accurately claims he is top 15 of all time. He rarely tries as his prime was back in 2012 and has since gotten tired of BODYING PEOPLE WITH EASE. However, he does occasionally put in some effort. Interestingly enough, he always multitasks while playing in order to restrain his immense power. For example, typing on Discord WHILE dropping 30s AT THE SAME TIME. A recent achievement has been watching YouTube while getting 30ked by Dis-Ret-Spekt. The difference when he tries is astonishing. Accompanied by the INSANE MULTITASKING, it’s almost like it’s TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. He has yet to 1v1 the lockdown veteran, Nemo-Fo-Drows, but it will certainly be an interesting encounter.
16. Talsam (Best EU player)
Despite losing to Illu, an investigation was performed on the 1v1 and evidence was found of Illu cheating. If you look at the footage carefully, it becomes OBVIOUS to the naked eye that Illu is using a Blitz Needle. This weapon is straight-up broken and should NOT be allowed in ANY 1v1. By default, Talsam wins. Illu should be permanently banned for unfair play and cheating according to the Spiral Knights Terms of Service. Court Footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CiuEC8sJ5Uk
