I highly doubt anyone will sell you a raiment for that cheap
Margrel Slots cost 3.5ke each atm so if you craft a raiment from scratch it can cost up to 21-24ke. It costs 6 whicked whiskers to make it from scratch. That's the price most people will sell around for clean.
