I have been plying this game since its debut, but I don't play much anymore, so these are kind of going to waste. I don’t play enough to follow market values, but these are all bound, so I’ve set the minimum as double the recovery fee or a bit more, depending on rarity. The arcane halo sold for 31,000 ce, so who knows what they are really worth to someone. If you can find these items cheaper elsewhere, then by all means, do so.
