Gathering and sharing information is good.

New players coming in and missing out on the chance to discover what lies hidden in the clockwork for themselves is bad.

Somewhere, there's a line between the information that's general and useful to a beginner and the spoiler information that takes away the joy of discovery. I don't know if we can edit topic titles, but could we start putting [spoiler] tags on things that reveal the mysteries of the deep?

Hadn't done so previously as convention is rarely uniform. Now added for the Critter Drops thread.

Atrumvindex may be going a little overboard here, but he has a point against Necro-ing. The biggest problem with Necro-ing is that it clutters up the front page with topics that are way out of date, or just plain not relevant anymore.

And yes, I realize that by posting this I'm extending the necro. I apologize.
