Yesterday i had an issue where it didnt want to update a file, i logged out and in twice and i was like "well, somethings its wrong with the wikia" but then tried to edit the text of another image and worked, tried again and no problem so i thought "oh it fixed itself, good".

Today its worst cuz it doesnt seem to fix iteself soon, since i cannot save pages, i can edit and preview them but when i click "save" the "loss data" error shows up:
Sorry! We could not process your edit due to a loss of session data. Please try again. If it still does not work, try logging out and logging back in.

I have tried like five times log out and in in many different sequences (like, going directly to the wiki, or logging out from the page directly, etc), i close and opened the browser, deleted cache (not cookies), and still show that error, updating images and editing pages. I have not tried to create a new one or a new upload since well, i dont think it will work anyway so why create useless pages/files?

Is anyone else having issues with the wiki? If someone can try and work please let me know

Same

It doesn't work for me, too. Funny, I thought it's always problem on your side and that you have to do some reloads to get it work again, but this seems to be a server issue.

:(

Aw, i will have to wait for a fix then :(, i was hoping it was a browser issue so i could keep using the wikia but if its the server i cant do anything. Thx for telling me!

Do you know if sending a GM support request would be correct to inform them about the wiki issue? I have never used a support request before but i read somewhere that one of the GM told Novaster to send that ticket for those matters since they check those with a higher priority, most than the wiki talk spaces and forums threads, but... the ticket said "tell us ur problem about ur account" so... dunno if its appropiate since i dont have any problem with my account xd

Requests are fine

I think it will be fine. I used to be concerned, too, but it seems they don't really mind it. There isn't other way of letting them know about wiki issues in a timely manner anyway. I doubt they are watching any specific talk page or forum thread.

Use this page for writing the ticket: https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#requests_new
