Spooky Haven during Shroud of the Apocrea

I was away for years and i really didnt remember the "spooky haven" wasnt common back then.

Novaster uploaded a pic of Haven during the event in Jan 2015 and it show regular Haven (daylight) so.. anyone know when they being to add "Spooky Haven" in the event? I want to add it to history/notes of the event's page.

I remember it most of the times (since at least 2013) being there and sometimes not (for example when the Obsidian cosmetic event took place).

Oh then its probably random?

Oh then its probably random? i played through 2014 to 2016 and sadly, i think i dont have screens in haven during the event, might need more data tho
