Hi, if I do the regular missions where there are Black Cats, will I still have a chance to get ancient pages or Book of rituals?

The non-random black kats in the prestige missions drop their appointed Ancient Pages and no Books of Dark Rituals.
The random black kats drop Ancient Pages and possibly Books. And these random black kats can spawn anywhere regular kats spawn --- rank missions, prestige missions, Arcade, etc.

OK, I have another question
OK, I have another question to ask. Currently, the arcade does not offer Tier 2 Candlestick missions. So if I keep on playing and farming the rank mission on elite, "Chilled to the Bone", during this event, (5-1 starting from depth 11), will I get a chance to encounter a Black Kat, thus increasing my chance of getting the "Book of Rituals"?

Looks like your in tier 2 missions. That is the best you can farm for pages now. Also, I've noticed a lot of Kats on 5-2 Time enough at last. You can also try farming there whatever your comfortable with.

Collecting Wicked Whiskers
Ok I have another question. I noticed that if one were to get a Black Kat Remnant one needs at least 6 Wicked Whiskers. Also one need more if one decide to collect the Kat Hiss armour and helmet.
The question is, is there an easier way to get the whiskers instead of paying someone 3.5kce or 4kce to defeat Mongrel each time for slots? I am also aware that one gets only one whisker for each battle. Of course this is taken into consideration that one does not have the book of ritual which in itself is almost impossible to spawn

You can get Wicked Whiskers only from a Margrel fight. They cannot be unbound and hence cannot be traded between players. See the wiki page "Wicked Whisker".
The other way to get Black Kat Raiment is to buy it from someone. But, unless they're foolish or generous, they'll pass their enormous cost onto you.
The good news is that Black Kat armor is not really worn for defense. It's worn for offense. And the 3-star versions are just as good, offensively, as the 5-star versions. And the 3-star helmet is easy to get, and the 3-star suit requires just one Wicked Whisker.

There's one
You need to be 2 or more members together for this to work.
So here's how it works. One guy needs to stay in the lobby and once you find a Black kat, you can click your portrait and "Go solo". The guy who's staying there should do nothing to the Black kat.
Once you click "Go solo" there you need to kill the Black kat. After your done, you can join back to your party or ask the leader to invite you if you can't join(maybe party restrictions).
You can then again kill the Black kat there with the leader who stayed. So it's pretty much 2 Black kats for every kat you find. Take the turns to stay, to make it fair.
Have fun grinding.

Example
Suppose there are two knights A and B, A knight stays in the game when they see a Black kat and B knight "Goes solo" by clicking his portrait. Once the B knight kills the Black kat when he/she went "Go solo", they can join back to the A knight again and kill the Black kat there. So you can kill two Black kats when you find one Black kat.
However, this only works once for one Black kat and the B knight cannot join back again if you find the other Black kat in the same run.

Not from the ones that are forced to spawn at the ending arena, no.
The normal kats can spawn in as black kats and still drop pages/books though.
