tOtaLlY aMaZiNg Response from support. This is WHY we totally lOvE this wOnDerFUl game!!!

Back story:
I was selling my BKR fire med in trade chat. I was approached by a random knight who offered me steam credit for the BKR. Practicing good knighthood and being a model player, I kindly declined and suggested that the knight use the steam credit to buy E or prize boxes. Then the knight could trade me the boxes or E for my BKR. In the end, we did not trade as the knight hit the spending limit and has to wait before using more money.
I logged on 5ish hours later and I am temporarily banned for Real Money Trading until the 19th. I sent an appeal to support which I copied below. I love the super fast response from support. Only 2 hours!! wow! Also I love the totally personalized message that totally fixed the injustice that was brought down to me.
Feel free to comment similar wOndERfuL experiences with game-support and to praise this wOndERfuL game.
Note*: this is not a ban appeal via forums since it appears that there is no room for negotiations. Love the game and see u guys ingame in 2 days (hopefully).

I was selling my BKR in trade chat. This guy approached me asking if I would take steam credit. I told him to use the credit to buy Electric Prize Boxes or Energy then trade me the boxes/energy. I did NOT do any Real Money Trading. Why was I temporary banned?!?!?

Greetings,
Your Spiral Knights account has been temporarily suspended. Suspensions are used in cases where a knight on an account has acted disruptively or violated the Terms of Service in some way, but not to a degree that warrants a full ban. A suspension is our way of letting you know that something is not acceptable in the game.
If you have a question about a suspension, here is some useful information to help you understand what has happened:
- Your account has been temporarily banned for a Terms of Service violation. Specifically, because your account has been verified as being involved in the selling of ingame currency/items outside of the game environment. Trading ingame currency or items against real money or items from other games is strictly against the Terms of Service and may lead to a permanent ban of your accounts.
- The account will remain suspended until the date and time shown on the log-in window when you attempt to connect to Spiral Knights.
- As a policy, we do not remove suspensions and there is no need to contact us. Simply wait for your suspension to expire, and when it does, you will be welcome to play on Spiral Knights once again.
Please keep in mind that we take our players’ enjoyment of the game seriously. The suspension policy in place is intended to make clear that certain behaviors are not allowed, but without taking the more drastic step of permanently banning you from the game. If the Terms of Service violations continue, however, a permanent ban may be issued.

Do you mean that anyone can send "I'll get it for real money" to all players from trade chat and they will get ban?
This happened to me these past few days as well.
GH took over 70,000 energy from my account and said they won't be returning it after they "researched" and their "logs" provided evidence that I was involved in RMT.
Mind you, the "logs" they claim they found was discussed inside of a discord VOICE call. Also the trade being made was payment from in-game trades and nothing to do with RMT. I'm also quite inactive for them to say they have any recent "logs" to cause suspicion for me involved in RMT.
They stole the energy and without issuing a ban. A reasonable decision for a player you claim gained over 70,000 energy through illegal activities.
They're full of nonsense, and the fact is they couldn't give a fuck. They wanna do whatever they want because they're able to.

@ogygus test it out?
@skeptics oof. did they show u evidence? or was it all a big claim?

As per the posting guidelines for the forums, please address your concerns regarding support or staff actions via support@spiralknights.com so a lead can review. This is not the appropriate venue.
I REPEAT. This is not a ban appeal. I am just sharing a spiral knights experience :D
