Well to be honest, if you are working, you CAN afford a Mixmaster but it would take 2 to 3 months. However, if you are a student and underage, this is just not possible at the moment. If you really want to farm this, the AH sells a Mixmaster every 7 to 8 months and the starting price is 15,000,0000 crowns. To farm, 15 million crowns, it could take you 1 to 2 years and lots of dedication.
Mixmaster cost around 300,000 CE at the current rate. The only way to farm it realistically is to get a job and use the money to buy one. It cost approximately US$700.
I am not sure about the price of the celestial orbit though. But you have less than 1% chance of getting the celestial orbit during the Equinox prize box promotion.
