So currently people are valuing the box around 10-15kcr each after the last box casino drop. Well all I have to say is that that price is waaayyy to low!
Lockboxes and Prize Boxes should be valued at its most expensive drop proportional to its rarity.
Off of the data we gained so far Somnambulist Totem seems to be around a 1/400 drop rate. Its current value is 300-400ke or 400-500 Silver Keys!
So, mathematically speaking with a large enough amount of QQQ unboxings you aren't going to lose any money. That's exactly what happened to Sirzlime, he managed to unbox 2 totems in 1k boxes(400 of which weren't capable of dropping totem) and with the combined value of the other thousand slime drops he got he was able to make a bit of a profit going for it.
With that in mind the current price you guys are valuing QQQs at are waaay too low, you're underselling them! Rich boys and whales will easily be able to buy a bulk of them and make good profits going for the sweet Somnambulist's Totem. If we value boxes based on totem drop rate they should be worth 55kcr. I don't think we can start pricing them that high right off of the bat, but we can at least increase the value from the current dirt cheap prices they are.
This has been a public service announcement about the current market, expect increase in values of QQQs in the near future.
Reminder that literally EVERYONE who has unboxed a Somnambulist's Totem has made a good profit.
box price probably should be tied to cost to get them not expected value from opening them otherwise pulling the slots at a qqq casino becomes incredibly profitable. reason prices were so low was because at 10k boxes people still made good profit from casinos. With that said, I agree that naturally EV from spamming qqq unbox should adjust to be near box price (by itself eventually). imo the more logical conclusion is that totem price should adjust downward more than box price should adjust upwards but thats pretty much on totem buyers.
