Is the Starter Pack worth it even for a Tier 2 Player?

So, after some awesome weeks of gameplay, I decided to invest some money in this game.
The game promptly offers the Starter Pack with a great amount of CE and some neat bonus, but I don't know if I should get this one.

Mainly because:

1-I'm at Tier 2 now, so I don't know if it worth that much right now (well, it's a "Starter" Pack, right?).
2-It's kinda too expensive in my country.
3-I fear that, right after buying it, Three Rings will launch some crazy new bonus (like Rose Regalia), and I would regret buying that pack so soon.

I guess that "3.500 CE" would good enough (for now, I guess), but I like bonus and neat items.

So, what would you knights recommend to me? Buy the Starter Pack, buy just the 3.500 CE, or wait for something new and shiny?

...
Also, anyone ever used the PayByCash payment system? How long it takes to recognize a payment?

Starter pack is a REALLY good deal, you get quite a few weapon/trinket slot upgrades as well as heat amp and mist tanks, worth well over another 1.8k CE on top of the 7500 they give you. Highly recommend it.

So, these items aren't bound to your knight?
That's definitely a plus.

Unfortunately... yes.

Those extra items that come with the Starter Pack are bound to you.

I think the items are bound

I think the items are bound to your knight. It's a pretty good set of items and a really good value. If you don't have weapons lots right now you'll really enjoy having 2 extras =)

If you are tier2, then the

If you are tier2, then the bomb and the shield won't really do much good (although the bomb is the only normal/shock bomb in the game, and if you're in a poison strata, the shield is kind of nice).

But you're getting the 7500 energy that the normal $19.95 pack gets you.

Then you get 5 mist tanks (500 energy equivalent)
1 heat upgrade (800 energy)
2 weapon upgrades (500 energy)
2 trinket upgrades (300 energy)
= 2100, for a total of 9100 energy for the whole pack.

I find the heat upgrade a bit silly (and ludicrously expensive for what it does), but the rest is super nice.

So, everything is bound to

So, everything is bound to your knight? Even the upgrades? I was planning to sell the heat upgrade, since I have the Elixir Syndrome (so probably I will never use it, come to think about it, I will probably never use the rest of the upgrades too lol).

I guess I will take the Starter Pack, thanks everyone for the tips!
