Please give us a way to increase UI or Text size

I play with a monitor at 1920x1080 and I can barely read the text at its current size from 3ft away. I'm constantly having to lean closer to the monitor to read any of the story or deal with my items and it's getting really tiring.
Please give us a way to increase the size of the UI or larger text options.
Players have been wanting to have the scaling of UI on higher resolution screens for at least 8 years now.
Players have been wanting such improvement even while Nick Popovich (the lead programmer) was among the development team.
Nick Popovich has left the team about 8 years ago, and this game is now under the new ownership - Grey Haven.
Grey Haven, if you are out there (are you out there?), and if you are reading this, please grant this request by improving the UI scaling on higher resolutions.
