How come SK does not sell eyes ? Aside from the ones in the Bazaar ?

Thank you. As far as i have seen EYES are way too rare.... And TOO overpriced.
Most good eyes come from Mirrored Lockboxes, which are rare from the price wheel. Others are from some supply depot sales.
