When I reach Moorcraft Manor for the first time, the guard says that I need 15 Tier 1 Level Tokens (in addition to some 2-Star gear) to enter Moorcraft. The conversation with the guard leads to believe that I get the tokens from completing levels of the clockworks. However, to the best of my knowledge I've never received such a token and I'm not sure where to get them.
Any information on these tokens would be appreciated.
Not 100 percent sure on this, but I think you get 1 token for every time you complete a floor. Pretty much, by the time you get all your gear, you should have enough tokens anyway.

P.S. To any developers that may be reading this, if d0gr0ck is correct, then a pointer in-game to the progress tab would be useful.
Yeah, there's a "Tokens" field in the Arsenal that's currently unused and causes confusion for some players. Any pestering directed at the Devs get me the response "it's coming soon."
This was a naming oversight. One of those things (level tokens and the tokens folder in your arsenal) will probably receive a new name soon.
Bring up your equipment screen (default "p") and click the "Progress" tab. Hovering the mouse over the large stars under "Clockworks Tier Clearance" will give you the details for your tokens.
