I really like Spiral Knights and it’s art style, fluff, crunch and potential. However the game has been stagnantly declining and i hope to stem or at least ameliorate the tide of slog by giving the greys a list full of words of encouragement and things that they could do to possibly fully resurrect this game so that maybe, just maybe, Spiral Knights will be excellently revitalized.

Technically Technical Support
Also is there no other avenue for contact? After all Tech Support is for help and not hearing the prattle of some player, I don’t want to take time that could be used to actually technically assist someone.

Apart from tech support, there is also a bug reporting channel, but that is even less appropriate for your issue. It appears that Grey Havens does not have an "idly converse with players" channel, probably because they don't want to idly converse with players.
It's nice that you don't want to take time away from real tech support, but whatever time they spend talking to you is, in fact, time taken away from tech support (or whatever else they do). Cheers.

Well, Tech Support is for support and bug report for bugs. Anything else submitted through them is improper and certainly dismissed without much of a look. Since Grey Havens is a business that still makes transactions they must have some sort official contacting method and that’s where I’ll look into! If things fail and Spiral Knights closes, I hope that the community is able to pull off a Toontown Rewritten-style continuation. Pip pip cheerio to you too Bopp!

There have been countless threads about this. Many players want to "save" Spiral Knights. So I doubt that you will be the one to succeed. But if you want to try, then don't let me stop you.
