My Skolver Cap (5*) stuck on level 8. I'm collecting heat but can't level-up.

Do you have enough radiant fire crystals to use the forge? It's easy to run out of crystals.

No. I have thought that i my stuff will be leveling by collected heat. I've played 10 years ago and i noticed the changes - i need crystals to make higher levels. So ok no problem i had to hit level 10 ten years ago ;)
