Greetings knights!

Here's the deal, I'm selling an illuminating ward.
I'm selling it on Januari 31st to give time for people to bid on it. The deadline for bidding is 10pm AST. Highest bid takes it.
I am taking CE and Crown bids, no item trades. The cr price will be calculated based on a 5.5cr per 100ce value. To prevent bidding spams of just +1ce , i decided that an acceptable outbid will have to be an increase of 10% of the current price.

Will try to bump post with highest bid daily. Do keep in mind that i juggle work and college so i might miss a day. So check back often to see if your bid is the highest or shoot me a pm/mail in game and i'll tell you. (If people bid in game and not on forum, i'll still post it here). Do not bid CE or Crowns you don't have, keep it professional.

TL;DR
- Illuminating ward for sale.
- Ce and crowns only (crown bid calculated on a 5500cr per 100ce)
- Deadline for bidding 31st jan, 10PM AST
- Outbid has to be 10% of current bid.
- Highest bid updated here daily. (around 10PM AST)
- Bids can be made via in game mail, pm or posts here.

With that out of the way, let's get to bidding......

5 questions

i got a few questions

1) will the highest bid win the ward regardless of what the top bid is? an illuminating ward is worth a lot, are you prepared to let it go for super cheap if nobody bids high enough? you accepted 20ke as a valid bid so i assume you are, but im just asking to be sure.

2) how much higher than the current highest bid do i have to bid to be the new highest bidder?
ex: if the top bid is 20ke does 20,001e count as a valid bid? or would it have to be 20.1ke, or 21ke, or 25ke, etc.

3) can you specify the exact time that the bidding ends? if we're treating this as an auction then i could wait until the very last second to bid and the other bidders wouldn't have a chance to bid, and i'm not sure if that's allowed.

4) are you 100% set on selling the ward to the highest bidder on jan 31? like you won't auction it, trade it, sell it, cancel the sale, extend the deadline, etc. and will only sell it to the highest bidder on that exact day, right?

5) are crowns not acceptable? they can be converted into energy and are generally a more useful currency to have so it seems odd to me. i know you mentioned that the bids were CE only but i just wanna make sure if the bidding and final transaction can really only take place with energy.

thats all my questions, thanks in advance

Responding to Watergoose questions

Thanks for the questions Watergoose, it gave me some food for thought so i'll add more info/rules.

1. Short answer yes. i'll sell it for whatever bid it ends on, no matter how much or how little.

2. To prevent people from outbidding by 1 ce and it just becoming a bid war (of +1ce everytime), i'll make it so you have to outbid by 10% of current bid.

3. Exact time the bidding ends is 10pm AST.

4. Yes.

5. I'll go ahead and accept crowns too but then i'll calculate the cr bid using a 5.5kcr per 100ce value and compare it to the highest bid. 10% price outbid rule still counts.

Hope that answers all the questions.
