Rapxx's (Quitting) Giveaway Event to Friends and Fury Guildmates Only

Oi oi oi, Rapxx's here and I'm back from the surprise cruise trip that was unexpected which make me postpone that event that most people know about two weeks ago. But without further ado, the event will start now in a different format. It will be a forums event where eligible people can participate in their timeframe.
I'm quitting.
IMPORTANT: If I see unfamiliar names, names that are not in the guild list on the forum posts, or having alts (at this moment, since I don't have the guild logs while I was gone), they won't be counted as participants to ensure the fairness of this competition. I WILL BE USING MY FRIEND AND GUILD LIST AS MY REFERENCES.
There will be 10 winners with 1 million crowns each. The rest of my crowns leftover will be distributed equally among the loser participants depending on how many people and how much money I have left (about 390 k crowns atm).
I will be using the number generator so I won't be biased or cheat on you guys and will post pictures of it once I compiled all the winners. I will generate 10 numbers at once.
Instructions:
THE CLOSEST NUMBER WINS!!!
Each of you will pick 10 individual numbers from 0-100 (for example 69, 96, 88, 100, 23, 39, 0, 11, 38, 3) and post them in the forum only ONE TIME = MEANING ONLY ONE LIST OF NUMBERS. It can be duplicated numbers or not, is all based on your choices. It doesn't have to be in numerical order.
SECONDLY: Post the SECOND list of numbers: pick a number from 0 to 10 -> this will be a TIE-BREAKER for people who have the same -/+ range (for example, the winning number is 70, but multiple people have 68 or 72 as their closest numbers) or a same winning number.
Each number on the winning list is considered a round. The winning numbers list would be going from left to right (again, it not going to be in numerical order, it can be random just like I provide in my example previously). So it's 10 rounds, 10 numbers, 10 winners and a tiebreaker number
THE WINNERS ONLY ALLOWED TO WIN ONE TIME and THEIR LISTS WILL BE DISREGARDED REST OF THE COMPETITION.
^ meaning if we get 20 people, the second round will only have 19 people then 18 then 17 as the rounds go on. It's more fair and more chance for all the participants.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT INFO: For some reason, if you aren't able to post your reply to this forum, you may ask your friend, guildmate, or acquaintance to post your list of numbers and tie-breaker pick and MUST indicate that is you and provide the name attached to the list.
If you want to post your numbers and another person's number (that's also my friend or guildmate) in one post, it's fine with me as long you indicate which numbers are for which participants.
WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON MAY 13 FRIDAY.
THE FORMAT OF THE POST WILL BE PROVIDED, TRY TO FOLLOW THE FORMAT.
