The guild Lancer Knightz has a long-running project to collect data on various aspects of the game. Actually, it's been almost 10 years since we've posted new data. But here is a brand-new data set about 1-UV tickets from Punch:

You are about 6 years too late, most people who might had the need for this info have quit the game a long, long time ago.
But better be late than never eh? 388 1 UV ticket is around 7.8 million crown, hope it was worth the grind.
My 2 rusted cents on the data is that they are, more or less what I expected, +4/+3 are much rarer and +1 are the most common.
Between damage bonus and CTR on bombs the odds seems about equal on your chances of getting any of them per ticket. At lest this means there is around a 18% chance of getting something worthwhile on a bomb UV roll. So statistically it will cost you around 120K cr to roll a CTR on a bomb, not the worst investment ever I guess? Even a CTR low is good enough.
The same odds presumably applies to sword and guns too since I don't think the game has another 20 years lifespan for you to figure that out.
