I'm going to assume this falls under the "...make suggestions" aspect of this forum topic.

At the bottom of the Crucible ToS in regards to "Submission Information" it says:
"If your level is rejected, that could be for any number of reasons. You will not receive any feedback from the admins, so you'll need to ask community members for help in identifying what caused your submission to be rejected. Some reasons could include: Missing tiles, missing required components like gates or force-fields, using items no longer allowed, misconfiguring items, incomplete overall feel, places where knights can be stuck/lost, etc"

Please help me understand why someone has to seek out community help when it comes to figuring out why a submitted level was rejected, when instead GH (the ones that rejected a level for a reason or reasons) could literally just tell said individual why their level was rejected in the first place. Like, this isn't talking about the moderation actions of a GM, it's about finding out why a submitted level got actively rejected.

I don't understand why communicating the reason or reasons is why a level is rejected is not even an option

The reality is that we are a very small team and we have a lot on our plate. A lot will depend on how many levels we have to review. If players are really good about working with friends to give a level a lot of testing before submitting it to us, then we have more time review. However, if we are reviewing a ton of untested levels we simply will not have the time to list out the many things that may not work with a person's level. Our Terms are there to remind players that the review process is intended as a last step for a finished product. We're not part of your testing process.

Keep in mind that just because our Terms say you shouldn't expect something doesn't mean we cannot opt to do it if we're able to. As an example, if I have the capacity and happen to be on duty and doing reviews, I'd try to send players a mail. However, if I have 100 to do, that simply wont be possible.
