First I can't log in, then when I finally do get in my money goes negative for no reason, now I've only just FINALLY got that sorted, not 5 seconds later I CAN NO LONGER AUTHENTICATE WITH STEAM.

Why the did you launch your steam support when it is CLEARLY not ready? You can't even contact a GM with a steam account. I'm sick of being treated like a second class citizen just because of the format of my purchase.

This game's customer support is DIABOLICALLY bad.

Agreed.

I've been sitting with Spiral Knights on my computer that more than exceeds the game requirements, unable to play because OOO hasn't patched a problem with my router, the WRT54G. The WRT54G line is sold in every single tech store on the market today, with more than 5 million in circulation. The grand majority of the forum posts saying "I cant log in" or "log in problems" are users with this exact model- and I've spent over a week so far waiting for them to patch their game. I'm really starting to feel like they simply don't care if their customers have problems.

Caring about customers

SEGA-ron his Three Rings and now Steam-demon, care about the following things.

Billing (I get amazing support when I contact billing)
So if you have a billing question expect great service, anything else......well.....................................

They've addressed the "no

They've addressed the "no connection" issue in the bug fix saying that they are working on it. The CS for SK are actually really nice, but remember OOO is a small company that has several games out there! And that it takes time to go through linesof code to figure out some errors! OOO staff have always tried to support the players, so please give them time! (I'm going a little stir crazy 'cause I've been with out SK for two weeks now, but.... I know that they're trying.)

Well thats fine.

I'm sure everyone is mad and angry because SK has been having some problems. But cut OOO some slack. They don't have the resources other larger companies have access to to solve their problems in the blink of an eye. They knew they were going to get more players when they launched it on steam, but I doubt they foresaw this explosion of players. And it's not like SK is their only game they have to attend to. Granted, it's probably getting a lot more attention than Whirled, Puzzle Pirates, or Bang! Howdy at the moment, but please. They can only do so much in so little time. It's not like they aren't trying.

Pull an extra leg, Three-Rings!

I was playing perfectly fine, before they added it onto Steam. Now, I'm not blaming Steam Players, but Three-Rings should've seen multiple people and more multiple problems coming in with such a decision, yes? What a waste of $20 my bf and I put in last week... Money is still money, and if I can't play, guess they are just letting their funds and the possibilities of loyal players to go downhill. =( And if they are having technical issues and require more people, I don't see a craigslist ad from them, haha.

Bad Programming

I have had the router problem for well over 2 weeks. I understand that programming is a royal pain then the butt. It takes time to fix this but I am pay to play and even if it is a free game I feel like they don't care. I have already put $60 in to this game because I support it. It's a fun and easy game for a college student who just wants to point, click, and hack away at some monsters after 13 hours of classes and no lunch. I guess we should be treated the same. Then again I am forking up the green that keeps this game running. Soooo....

Chop chop hurry it up people! Or I will take my money somewhere else! At least I can play at college so you can guess how much time I spend in the computer lab.
