Icy Mortafires don't inflict freeze or deal elemental damage. I did a depth 10 Treasure Vault and they only did normal damage and occasionally inflicted fire. Static Mortafires might share the same issue since they were also introduced with Treasure Vaults.

Healing Totems also still don't actually heal enemies. There was one in the room and it didn't do anything.
