Greetings, my fellows of the Spiral Order,

I wanted to create a thread to outline the cosmetic adjustments I would like to see in future updates. Do share your thoughts for Grey Havens to read.

Firstly, I'd like to see Eye of Fury as a forehead accessory rather than a front-face accessory. From what we can visually gather, the Eye of Fury placement is on the forehead of the Knight's helmet and does not seem like it would conflict with eyewear or facial hair accessories. I also cannot bring myself to recover my Buccaneer Eye Patch in exchange for an Eye of Fury I'm currently holding onto. I would bring up Dread Seal, but I can see that's an entirely different can of worms, since it looks like it would have a higher likelihood of clipping with eyewear. Let me know if I'm wrong in this regard.

Secondly, please provide the Dangerous costumes, the spike bracelets that the Recon Ranger NPCs have on their right arms. It's an injustice that, after all these years, the Hazardous costumes have them, and not the original costumes.

Thirdly, perhaps I'm reaching with this idea, but what if Sealed Pauldrons could become shield costumes instead of being accessories? When you block with this costume equipped, the Sealed Pauldrons would rotate clockwise around the player character. Considering the Storming, Raging, and Frenzied Sealed Pauldrons, they could be unique in having additional effects, like a yellow/gold, red, or purple shield bubble rather than the standard blue color. (On another note, what if our personal colors changed the color of the shield bubble when blocking?) Additionally, the Frenzied Sealed Pauldrons could rotate around our knights anticlockwise. As for the shield bash, one Sealed Pauldron could act as a standard shield, covering the knight animation-wise, while the second Pauldron could be behind the player character.

Lastly, it would be interesting if this game had a cosmetic system similar to Final Fantasy XIV's Glamour Wardrobe. Instead of players having to buy or acquire more than one copy of a specific accessory, what if we could 'learn' them instead? There could be a 'List of Learned Accessories,' and players could create different loadouts of various accessory combinations for their costumes, rather than having cosmetics be bound to one costume, and that's it. Now, don't get it twisted, accessories would be 'bound' once you learn them, but they can also be unlearned/'unbound,' for the sake of selling or giving out for giveaways.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Sincerely,
Varris-Tyr of the Recon Rangers.
