Something is seriously wrong with dashes.

I've been playing a bunch since yesterday's update, and kept hearing complaints from friends about monsters being generally just buffed all across the board. I didn't really believe them, and just assumed they weren't used to the reduced visual latency since the LWJGL update, but today, I realized what it is they meant. The monsters seem to now be able to ignore dashes, shields, and other defensive devices??

I've found myself dashing to avoid a slag's jump, only for said dash to not trigger (or half trigger? only a mini dash) and said slag to jump at me. I've double and triple checked that my controls were right, dashes are assigned to the usual keys. So why isn't my knight dashing? Why is it that sometimes I get stopped by seemingly nothing? ARE the servers actually lagging right now, or did the dash mechanic regress?

As for shielding, I have heard some friends complain that monsters were now able to hit them THROUGH shields, and I have also experienced it while playing today, so same wonders as with dashes.

Has anyone else noticed any oddities of that kind?

I honestly havent noticed any

I honestly havent noticed any lag at all. I am on US east servers though. Ive seen a few ppl complain about lag but most of the issues were fixed by turning off the special effects toggle and messing with graphics settings.

Havent heard of any shield issues or tougher enemies either, theyve all pretty much felt the same.
