Currently only armors can be crafted at the Sanctuary Alchemy Machine, and there's a lot of room for improvement. Here are some of my ideas for weapons.
Almirian Pike
A shadow damage flourish-type sword, with high single target damage, similar to what Almirian Royal Guards use. Chance to apply Fire. Precursor is Fierce Flamberge, uses Maiden's Tear to craft.
Svarog
A shadow damage troika-type sword. Chance to apply Curse, with no chance of receiving curse, as opposed to with the Gran Faust. Precursor is Khorovod, uses Maiden's Tear to craft.
De-Atomizer
Essentially, a nuke. Long charge and detonation time, but oneshots most enemies in a large area. Precursor is Irontech Bomb, uses Gremlonium to craft.
Quasar
A catalyzer-type gun. Increased damage, chance to apply Fire. Precursor is Volatile Catalyzer, uses Gremlonium to craft.
Polar Duelist
A shadow damage antigua-type gun. Chance to apply Freeze. Precursor is Blackhawk, uses Celestial Ore to craft.
Icicle Carbine
A pierce damage autogun. Chance to apply Freeze. Precursor is Strike Needle, uses Celestial Ore to craft.
Fallen Calibur
A shadow damage calibur-type sword. Similar to Leviathan Blade, high damage. Precursor is Ascended Calibur, uses Nightmare Mane to craft.
Rabid Briar Barrage
A piercing damage bomb. Compared to Dark Briar Barrage, slightly less damage, but chance to apply poison. Precursor is Spike Shower, uses Nightmare Mane to craft.

Can we please add Lord Vanaduke's Mace to the Sanctuary Alchemy Machine too? It can be a Fire Troika, not sure if it should be pure normal, normal/elemental, or normal/shadow though.
Also, what's Svarog supposed to be based off? I would love Trojan sword and shield though, and all three Trojan shields look amazing too.
Lastly, the third Catalyzer line should be elemental with stun as a normal alchemy line to give it an elemental line too. But your fire one is an interesting idea too.
Just an FYI, I suggested one of the weapons you suggested as well. The Almirian Spear of course. You can see it on my own suggestion page for Sanctuary Alchemy Machine in addition to other items. Hope you like the ideas there too.
