The announcement failed to mention Ability Boosters now can't be picked up any more when you already have a buff of the same kind. Previously you could pick them up and it would reset the timer for the buff.

That means the game became a bit harder now. For example:
Previously if you were in an arena and got an Attack Booster, you dealt more damage for 30s, if monsters dropped another Attack Booster in that time, you could pick it up and extend your buff by another 30s starting at that moment, potentially staying buffed for the whole section of the arena, if enough Attack Boosters dropped.
Since the update you cannot extend the buff any more. Attack Boosters dropping while you are buffed will start blinking after a while and disappear, because you are unable to pick them up. Your buff will wear off and only Attack Boosters dropping shortly before that, which haven't disappeared yet can be applied, but for that, you have to be able to reach one of them in time, which can be difficult in a fight. So, now there will always be short gaps in your buffs, even if plenty are dropping.

I don't know if this was intentional, therefore I didn't report a bug. I'm also indifferent as to whether this is good or bad. Just wanted to report on it.
