Made a spreadsheet of every recipe so you can keep track of which materials you can sell.

Hellooo. Have you ever wanted to know exactly how much of each material you'd ever need to craft everything at least once, so that you could sell all the excess for a few extra crowns? I've put together a little spreadsheet that might help.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19900tQTbea2uBh73DiFjGtNGkFdXPGM0...

You'll need to make a copy of it for yourself if you want to delete the columns for things you already have/don't want (or add anything I missed lmao), and it'll automatically update the totals on the leftmost side.

Lemme know if you find any issues! I kind of threw this together in three days so there might be some errors.

I've also included the extra materials needed to make multiples of things that have branching upgrade paths.
For solo players I'd suggest removing everything in the Furniture section first, as those items significantly inflate the final totals. (They're intended to have multiple players in a guild contributing to the cost, which is why they're much higher than normal equipment, and you need like 21 copies of each of the lowest tier boss furniture items if you want to have all three items in the set.)

Thank You!! + more number fixes

Thank you!! It still needs some work, but I'm glad you like it.

Also,

- swept through and corrected more number errors for items that need multiple copies again. (for these ones it seems i forgot i had to multiply some of the required materials halfway through inputting them lol)

Fingers crossed the numbers for every alchemy orb should be correct now, but if anyone catches any more errors please lemme know so I can fix the template as soon as I can!!

Looks good!

There were a few minor issues I noticed when I was going through my own copy, but it looks like you've found them all. I did have a couple of suggestions. One was about how to handle items that require multiple copies to craft all of their different lines. It'd be nice if the multipliers for them could be included on a separate row, with the material values underneath calculated from them. It'd mean more work on your part, but that way a player who crafts one of them could just edit that one number and see all of the materials adjust automatically, instead of having to go down and change each one manually.

The other isn't a suggestion so much as a thought about the Jelly line of gear in particular. You have the materials listed for the 2- and 3-star items in that line, which makes sense because they are craftable. However, you can also jump straight to the 3-star items as rewards from Brinks for turning in Jelly Gems. I'd argue that this method makes a lot more sense for new players, since they can get the items for "free" using rewards from a boss they're probably running a lot at this stage, and avoid having to use a whole bunch of alchemy orbs and buy multiple recipes. That's just a matter of opinion though, and I can't think of a good way to show this choice in a spreadsheet format like this.

Copies change idea

Oh, I completely forgot Brinks had the Brute Jelly Set, lmao. I think I could put in a note in the rows directly under the item names for the 2 and 3 star sets that the Brute Jelly equipment can be purchased with tokens.

As for the items that need copies, I've been thinking of splitting them all into separate columns (so an item with like 3 branches will have 3 columns, named like "item 1/3" "item 2/3" etc), that way the end user can just delete one of the copies of columns with no extra math involved.

How do these changes sound?

Brute Jelly notes added

-added notes under the 2 and 3 Star Jelly sets, clarifying that the 2 Star Jelly equipment can be skipped if players purchase the 3 Star Brute Jelly equipment from Brinks for 15 Jelly Gem tokens each, without the need for materials

Reduced math-ing for the end user

ok I went with my idea for the copies bc I think it'll be less work for the end user

- changed representation for items that need multiple copies to get every branch of their upgrade paths (except for furniture items). instead of having one column that read like "item x 3" they now have multiple columns that each read "item 1/3," "item 2/3," etc. this way every copy each has its own column that the end user can delete individually instead of having to do math and adjust every individual number in the column. (i was already making mistakes removing multiples from my own personal copy of the spreadsheet within the first couple days, so i figured it i should set it up in a way that reduces the chance of math-related mistakes as much as possible for everybody lmao)

Sounds good! I think I got everything figured out with the multiple copies when I edited my personal copy, but this will make things much simpler for anyone starting from scratch.
