Just a heads up; the event announcement is missing a lot of basic information. It's a costume shield priced at 90 Ancient Pages, and most importantly, it is exclusive to the body double Montague in the Kataclysm prestige missions and unavailable from the Montague in Moorcroft Manor who's otherwise around forever, meaning its availability is tied to the event's runtime.

Workaround for when you already did the mission and WTB it
When you already did the mission, you can't start the mission to visit Montague inside to buy the shield costume until tomorrow.
But, if you find someone who hasn't done it yet, they can invite you to the lobby and you can then reach the vendor. (You just won't get the extra mission reward (in this case extra pages), if you finish the mission.)
