Just place a buy or sell order of like 40 units and it will slowly shuffle its orders around to one up you. Remove the orders, and it will move its orders back up. It always has the same timing, very bot like.

It's definetely possible it's a bot, but actual ppl hang around all day and do this too. I suspect some have issues like emotional or autism/OCD to always have the cheapest bid. I actually don't really mind. Nor do I mind if the bot is doing the same the owner would do. At the end of the day the E market is a giant beast and no single player can have enough crowns or E to never run out.
When the market moves, the bot will run out as well as humans and it will be in a situation where it can't re-invest without loss. Some ppl thought they could manipulate the market, again and again, but it never realy worket out. It can do a small dent when someone puts up massive walls, but the the number of players using the market is enough to eat through all walls and even make bots mostly useless.

It is a bot, the timing and how it shuffles orders around makes it quite obvious. Play around with it on the market right now, it is actively running. I can never get my orders to fill, because the bot is always in front. It is quite annoying.
Make it loose money, that will fix it.
