The $100 price point for 45k CE is completely out of touch with the modern gaming market. For less than that price, players can buy games like Elden Ring (I love SK, but being realistic it doesn't even offer a fraction of the quality). Additionally, this pricing structure was established when the exchange rate was near 10kcr per 100ce, rather than the current 3kcr rate. To make CE purchases appealing again, the package amounts should be scaled up significantly.

The energy costs was starting
The energy costs was starting about on 3kcr per 100 energy when the game released. It costed the same amount of real money back then, as we have now.
It's gonna be good if energy prices and boxes will go a bit cheaper. But we should be at least glad that we don't pay 5 energy for every decent on elevators any more.

I would need to get at least 1 million crowns for 50 dollars for me to consider breaking out my credit card. But I appear to be in the minority, as plenty of people still swipe with E prices as low as they are. 3k E prices were an anomaly back then, for the majority of the games life it has been 8kish
"CE" hasn't been a thing for the past 13 years.
