Greetings!
Me and my friends experiencing huge lag spikes on EU servers. Sometimes I can't load arcade level at all. When I'm trying to descend (let's say from T2 Moorcroft Manor) I'm just getting black screen and nothing happens. If I load, my connection feels too unstable, it's just impossible to play. I can't move properly and I'm teleporting all over the place. I'm not having issues with lag spikes on US servers, but I can't load into Arcade here aswell. It's not good at all, especially with Mysterious Spikes limited time event going on. It's the weekend, and I might be not able to play the game from monday to friday, which makes me upset. Can you fix this, please?

I am also experiencing a similar issue on US servers. Trying to use any elevator or loading into a different section in haven gives me a black screen with the only option to interact with the settings menu.

Haven't been able to play an
Haven't been able to play an arcade level yet, tried for the first time tonight, tried verifying files with no success.
I put in a bug report so hopefully we get a solution quickly.
I can create a lobby and step on the elevator, I usually rubberband a couple times before stepping on the elevator, I think those issues might be related.
Sometimes I can return to haven when I open the menu and I see in chat I get a message that says "m.no_such_place".

We've flagged this for the developers and they're looking into it. In the meantime, if you enabled Discord Beta in settings, please try disabling it to see if it makes a difference. Please keep us posted on the outcome!
My answer:
I did not use Discord Beta.
This is a global server issue. Probably server overuse. Not sure a developper can help. An admin likely needs to restart server apps.

FIXED
It has been fixed. There was an update and reboots.
Event is on again.
Here another reply from support:
The team has already investigated and a server reboot is currently in progress that should resolve the issues you've been experiencing.
Same happening here, it seems like it's getting progressively worse as well.
