I am unable to play because as soon is I try to descend to a clockworks arcade level I become stuck in a black screen with no way to view or interact with the game other than the Escape menu. I am able to return to the ready room or haven or log out, but playing the game is impossible.
I have been having the same issue. It stared on friday. I also suffer very heavy rubberbanding in the ready room and haven. I also tried rank missions and they have the same issues, all game modes are bugged for me.
