The recipe price info is wrong
At least when you buy from Basil it is twice as much.

Fixing the recipe price info stuff took way too much work but it should be reflected now. I've also added Torch, the clockworks NPC who sold the recipe at a discount in a Scenario Room. If you see any more issues related to Slicers on the wiki feel free to drop it here and I'll see what I can do.
