Posting this along with an in game bug report, so that we can hopefully spread word of this until it gets fixed. Two knights had both stated that they crafted a Slicer, one was the Twicer and the other a Thricer, both reported that they logged off, came back later to find it missing. So I thought I'd craft a 2 star and see if I could replicate the bug, upon crafting it, logging off to desktop and relaunching immeidately, it was indeed gone. Please, tell your friends and guildies to be cautious on this one.
additionally i'll add other people apparently lost their items like spikes as well, i was forging my mandolin myself during that period of time and got it up to lv5, only then to find out it reset to lv1 and voided my rads on relog.
