Now while there had been server issues during the Spike Event, I believe it is just fair to also address when those issues stopped and how things currently run, compared to before the Spike Event.
For me, I had following experience with server stability:
(Time zone is GMT+1)
-Friday the 21st: Basically smooth playing, nothing out of the ordinary. But after almost a full run in the clockworks I suddenly found myself expulsed without any of the typical ,,server restart in x minutes".
-Saturday the 22nd: Initially smooth sailing again. But over the day server had more and more issues, which peaked in the last run that had multiple minutes of blackscreen when moving from one floor to the next. This was not only on my end, but everyone within the group had the exact same length of blackscreen, as clearly visible when loading into the level finished and also via chatting with eachother. When trying to do another new run after the last one ended, the blackscreen made it practically impossible to even load into any floor except the sub hubs and haven. (I loaded into a level once or twice, but afterwards it was such a long black screen that it made it impossible to load the floor after). Along went some heavy rubberbanding.
-Sunday the 23rd: Sunday was just atrocious. Barely any public runs were visible and the few that were visible did have lag in various forms. I do not remember opening any successful run on my own that day.
-Monday the 24th: Pretty much the same issues as Saturday. At that point I have given up on actually opening runs on my own and simply joined existing runs. Still lags and loading times, but at least it was somewhat manageable.
-Tuesday the 25th: same as Monday.
-Wednesday the 26th: Now starting with Wednesday there was absolutely no lag, no blackscreen and everything was completely smooth playing again, just as things had been before the Spike Event started. Everything worked perfectly fine as to my own experience.
-Thursday the 27th: Same as Wednesday, but in the evening there had been multiple server restarts in a row. One server restart jumped from 75 minutes remaining straight to 10 minutes remaining. (But given that another server restart just happened, I assume not many people were in runs, probably.)
- Friday the 28th (today, date of posting this): Smooth playing. Didn't notic any lags or loading issues.
-Thursday the 27th: Between two updates, multiple strong lag spikes up to 1s. Died because of one, but gameplay was smooth most of the time. I wonder what caused them. Didn't notice network problems on my side, but can't rule network out completely.

-Friday the 28th: Another Update has been announced around Midnight. Had few minor lags <500ms in the hours before.

-Monday the 31st: Everything is fine, but one massive lag spike of >1s while playing on a graveyard at 12:05 GMT+2. All mobs were frozen, but the fire animation of my drakons firestorm still moved. When it's that rare, it's no problem. Of course, no lag at all would be best, but when you play like an hour and it lags only once, it's okay.
