FSC SPEEDRUN CONTEST

⚙️How it Works⚙️

Players will try their best to complete the 9-3 mission "The King of Ashes" as quickly as possible. Rankings and prizes will be determined by how fast your run is compared to the other participants, and the fastest run will be declared the winner.

RULES & INFO

1) This is a community event, which means that ANYONE is allowed to participate.
2) Your entire run must be recorded from start to finish with no gaps and submitted to me through discord (watergoose2) or in-game via mail (Watergoose). It is recommended that you upload your run as a youtube video and submit it as a link.
3) Your run must include the following keyword somewhere in your submission: "FSC Week"
4) Your run must be completed SOLO and on ELITE DIFFICULTY. The difficulty must be shown in your submission.
5) You are NOT allowed to use somnambulist's totems in your run. All other gear is allowed.
6) The loadout you use for your run must be shown at some point in your submission.
7) You are NOT allowed to use any cheats or mods that give you an unfair advantage over other players. If you're unsure about this rule, ask me for more info.
8) Your time starts when the first party button on depth 24 is pressed, and ends on the frame that the boss's death animation on depth 28 starts. The timer does not stop at all in between, even during loading screens.
9) You are allowed to make more than 1 submission, as long as it's before the deadline of the contest. Only your last submission will be counted.
10) Some time after the contest ends will be needed for the judges (TBD) to review your submissions. Prizes will be sent once all submissions have been reviewed and rankings are determined.
11) If somehow there is a tie within 1st-10th place, it will be decided by coinflip.
12) This contest will last from now until Sunday, September 13, 2026 12:00 AM EST (if you are unsure what date/time this is in your time zone then convert it online or ask me for assistance). Any submissions after this exact date and time will not be accepted.
13) Any submissions that do not follow ALL the rules listed above will not be accepted.
