should probably put their new values on there, and also update the overall swords page too to show shadow and piercing damage for DVS and WHB. i don't know if orbit and mixer need an update at all.

Right. It's going to take a while. Ideally Grey Havens would do this task. (They actually know the damage numbers. And in the past the company was in charge of basic information like this, not the players.)

Hello! Just stepping in to

Hello! Just stepping in to mention that the wiki (outside official pages) is community-run. We don't have plans to take that over on our end, but we're always happy to help point in the right direction if anyone runs into trouble - just email us at support@spiralknights.com. Appreciate you both caring enough to bring this up!

@Clotho

It does not appear to be community-run as it requires you to be an administrator in order to make any edits. I don't know what is considered an official page, but in order to edit any of the pages that need updates, it seems to be that you need to be an administrator to update the information. Maybe @Clotho could guide me in the right direction?

Community-run

It is community-run. Anyone with a non-Steam Spiral Knights account can edit most pages. I guess your issue is that you are trying to use your Steam account for this? Wiki does not recognize Steam accounts, you need to create a separate account as a workaround.

Did you get the information about administrator-only edits from the edit (view source) page? The edit page tells you all reasons why you cannot edit a page. But pretty much all pages allow editing for 2 classes of users: "Administrator" and "validated". The "validated" class consists of regular player accounts. This class is allowed even on protected pages that you cannot actually edit, but this protection is mentioned further down in the list of reasons. If your edit really does require an administrator, make sure to tell them which page do you wish to edit. But updating individual weapon pages and the overall Swords page shouldn't require an administrator.
